EDCO Educational Surrogate Parent Program

The Educational Surrogate-Parent Program is a statewide initiative that serves students whose parents are unavailable to participate in the educational decision making process. The program was established in response to federal and state special education laws requiring parental participation in developing and monitoring individualized education plans for students with special education needs.
