Library reproduction is allowed if:
The library displays the standard warning concerning copyright restrictions.
The copying is to replace deteriorated, lost or stolen works.
The copying is done for security or preservation of unpublished works.
A patron requests one article or small portion of a work in the collection. The copy must become the property of the patron to be used for private study.
