EDCO COLLABORATIVE SUMMER PROGRAM IN TECHNOLOGY - 2011
EDCO's Collaborative Summer Program in Technology 2011 expands existing, district-based training programs by providing K-12 educators from the participating EDCO districts with free workshops to learn a new skill or extend one's knowledge about teaching with technology. The workshops range in length from 1/2 day to 5 days and are offered throughout the summer at convenient locations throughout the EDCO area. Most workshops offer PDPs or course credit - see individual course descriptions for details - and almost all are taught by practicing EDCO teachers or administrators.
Participation is open to personnel from participating* EDCO districts (see below), or if space is available, to non-participating or non-EDCO districts for a fee. Confirmations and maps to the locations will be sent out as soon as a course has sufficient numbers to run. NOTE: Since spaces are limited, you are not confirmed until you actually receive a confirmation letter. Courses may be cancelled due to low enrollment.
Participating EDCO Districts: Acton/A-B, Arlington, Bedford, Belmont, Boxborough, Boston Archdiocesan Schools, Brookline, Concord/Concord-Carlisle, Lexington, Lincoln, Newton, Sudbury, Waltham, Watertown, Wellesley, Weston, Winchester
Registration is now open - please click on the link on left-hand side of this page. Registrations are handled in the order they are received, so register early to ensure there is still space available.
