Description:
Photoshop Elements is a
very useful tool in the classroom. This workshop is designed as an introduction
to Photoshop Elements, and together we will discover and design a place in your
classroom/curriculum for this dynamic educational tool. You will learn how to integrate Photoshop ElementsŐ capabilities with
other media and software, such as scanners, cameras and other programs. By
the end of the workshop, you will leave thinking "Photoshop" as you
will have the ability to navigate and manipulate multi-layered compositions for
use in your classroom.
About the Instructor: Paul
Harrington is a visual art teacher at the John Glenn Middle School working with
grades 6, 7, and 8. Painting and computer generated design are his passions and
profession. Both have become integral mediums influencing his working art and
design as well as his teaching.
Additional Information: As this is an introductory to Photoshop, no prior knowledge
of the program is needed.
